Free salon software, with no expiry date
Up to 30 bookings a month, forever. No card at sign-up, no trial period, and no commission on any booking.
Everything you need to take online bookings
The Start plan is not a stripped-down version. Every feature is there, waitlist, automations, email marketing and reports included. What changes between plans is how much you can use, not which parts you get.
Online booking, around the clock
Clients book on their own at any hour, with no calls and no messages lost overnight. Bookings land straight in your calendar.
A calendar that never double-books
Set your working hours and breaks, and the system blocks whatever is already taken. Two bookings can never land in the same slot.
Your booking link
One link for your Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or Google Maps profile. It is not held back for paid plans, you have it from day one.
Client records
Visit history, services done, personal notes. All of it is yours on the free plan, with nothing held back for paid plans.
Automatic reviews
After each visit the system asks for a review on its own. Your reputation grows without you asking, and reviews show on your public page.
The limits of the free plan, said plainly
We would rather you know them upfront than find them the moment you need them.
30 bookings a month
Past that you need Pro. We tell you as you approach the limit rather than locking the account without warning.
One team member
The free plan is built for people working alone. As soon as you have colleagues with their own calendars, you need Pro.
200 marketing emails a month
Counted by recipients, so one campaign to 150 clients uses 150. Enough for two or three sends to your whole list.
Why we offer a free plan with no end date
Because a specialist just starting out has nothing to pay a subscription with before they have clients. A 14-day trial forces the decision exactly when there is least to show, and that helps no one.
Our model is simple: we earn only once your salon has grown enough to need more. We take no percentage of your revenue, we do not sell your clients to anyone, and we do not ask for a card to let you sign up. If you stay on the free plan for years, that is fine.
Who the free plan actually fits
Independent specialists
You work alone, from home or a rented chair. 30 bookings a month covers a normal schedule, and the booking link gets reservations out of your direct messages.
Small salons starting out
You opened recently and are still building a client base. Start free, and when the calendar fills consistently move to Pro without losing anything you have recorded.
Anyone testing seriously
You want to see it work with real clients, not in a demo. The free plan has no countdown, so you decide when you are ready.
Why a flat subscription costs less over time
Booking platforms fall into three pricing models. The difference does not show in the first month, it shows once you have volume.
Flat subscription
The price does not depend on how many bookings you take. With three team members, Pro stays €10 a month in total. This is our model.
Per seat
The cost grows with your team, not with your revenue. A three-person salon pays three times over, even in a slow month.
Commission per new client
It looks free until the platform starts sending you clients. The more you grow, the more you pay, with no end to it.
This compares pricing models, not providers. Every platform changes its terms over time, so always check the pricing page of the one you are comparing against.
